River View
Stage S1301 construction work is completed. 

Park View
We finally received approval from Melb Water in late May and commenced construction of the culvert and associated creek works on 23 June 2025. This delay in Melb Water approval means settlements for stages 21 - 22 will occur in Q1 2026, and stages 23 - 24 will be in Q2 2026. 

Town Centre
We are currently in the process of rezoning the town center land to commercial use. The Council has requested an indicative layout, which has been prepared by our planning consultant. Additionally, we have engaged a consultant to design the retail component and layout.
