River View

Stage S1301 is complete. 

 
Park View

Construction of Stages 21–22 is complete. 

Preliminary practical completion inspections by Council have been undertaken, with the formal inspection scheduled next week.

Our consultants are liaising with the relevant authorities to secure consent for the Statement of Compliance (SOC) as soon as possible. Currently forecasts SOC issuance in approximately four weeks, subject to no delays from servicing authorities.

 

Town Centre

The Moorabool Shire Retail Strategy is expected to receive Ministerial approval in late 2026, after which Council will be able to proceed with the Town Centre rezoning process.

 

Sports Precinct

The planning permit approval is expected shortly.

 

 

 

 

River View (S901 Townhouse)

 

Stage S901 Townhomes – The balance of S901 building construction is underway and nearing completion.

 

River View (S1301)

Construction works for Stage S1301 is complete.

 

 

Park View (21-24) 

 

All major estate works are now complete.

Rectification and final finishing works have now been completed, and inspections by Council and the relevant service authorities are currently underway

 

 

Randwick Avenue culvert structure completed, including headwall and base slab. 

We anticipate achieving Statement of Compliance (SOC) by the end of April.
