A full-service Childcare Centre and Kindergarten are expected to come to Underbank in 2020 with the following features:

- Purpose built centre;

- Programs according to the Early Years Learning Framework Quality Standards;

- Extensive outdoor playgrounds with separated areas for the children under 3 years old;

- Kinder program for 4 and 5 year old children;

- Freshly prepared meals on site;

- Special programs such as dancing classes, excursions and living eggs; and

- Daily updates on children's activities through Storypark which is accessible by parents.
