Underbank Construction Updates   

  

 

 

Stage 19

 

The construction of the rock chute is finished, and we're awaiting Melbourne Water's issuance of the SOC. Settlements are expected to occur in Jun 2024.

 

 

River View (S901 Townhouse)

 

The electrical installation has be completed by Wednesday, 24/04/2024, followed by NBN installation on Fulham St. The settlement is targeted in Jun 2024. 

We sincerely apologize if this delay has caused any inconvenience. 

 

Park View (21-23) 

 

 

Construction work for Stage 21-23 is on program.
