Underbank Construction Updates     

 

 

 

Stage 19

 

 

We received the Statement of Compliance from the Council for Stage 19 on June 25, 2024. We expect titles to be issued this week, with settlements forecasted to occur by July 19.

 

 

River View (S901 Townhouse)

 

 

Powercor tie-in works are expected to be done in early Jul. Settlement is currently forecasted in August 2024.

We sincerely apologize if this delay has caused any inconvenience. 

 

Park View (21-24) 

 

 

Stg 21-24, Creek Stabilization design package resubmitted and waiting for Melb Water feedback. Powercor pole relocation is potential a risk to delay the construction program.
