Underbank Construction Updates     

 

 

 

 

Stage 19

 

 

Stage 19 construction is complete, and we're awaiting Melbourne Water's issuance of the SOC. Settlements are expected to occur in Jul 2024.

 

 

River View (S901 Townhouse)

 

 

Stage S901 settlements are now also forecast for June or July 2024 due to Powercor delays.

We sincerely apologize if this delay has caused any inconvenience. 

 

Park View (21-24) 

 

 

Stage 21 to Stage 24 preliminary earthworks have been completed and sewer, water and drainage are underway.
