Underbank Construction & Sales Updates
We’re pleased to share an exciting update on the progress of your future community.
Park View
The development has encountered significant delays due to regulatory requirements from Melbourne Water, owing to the site's proximity to Korkuperrimul Creek. Progress on Stages 21 to 24 has been slow, as all culvert, rock chute, and waterway stabilisation designs require formal approval from Melbourne Water. Although the relevant designs were submitted in September 2023, the developer only recently received a works offer, further delaying the commencement of construction for these stages.
We are now preparing to commence construction of the culvert and associated creek works. These works are designed to enhance stormwater management, improve natural flow paths, and contribute to a sustainable and visually appealing environment throughout the estate.
Town Centre
We are currently in the process of rezoning the town center land to commercial use. The Council has requested an indicative layout, which has been prepared by our planning consultant. Additionally, we have engaged a consultant to design the retail component and layout.

The River View precinct settlement was completed (except the Stage S901).
River View (S901 Townhouse)
Stage S901 settlements have been completed, and owners have begun construction.
Park View (21-24)
Recently received the Works offer from Melbourne Water.
We are now preparing to commence construction of the culvert and associated creek works.
