River View

Construction works for Stage S1301 have been completed. Titles have been issued and settlement has occurred.

 
Park View

Construction of Stages 21–22 is nearing completion. 

Preliminary practical completion inspections by Council have been undertaken, with the formal inspection scheduled next week.

Our consultants are liaising with the relevant authorities to secure consent for the Statement of Compliance (SOC) as soon as possible. Currently forecasts SOC issuance in approximately four weeks, subject to no delays from servicing authorities.

 

Town Centre

The Moorabool Shire Retail Strategy is expected to receive Ministerial approval in late 2026, after which Council will be able to proceed with the Town Centre rezoning process.

 

Sports Precinct

The planning permit approval is expected shortly.

Stage S901 Townhomes – The balance of S901 building construction is underway and nearing completion.

Construction works for Stage S1301 have been completed. Titles have been issued and settlement has occurred.

 

 

Park View (21-24) 

 

 

 

Main roads and intersections (including a roundabout) have been constructed and line-marked. Kerbs and footpaths are largely complete, bulk earthworks and lot benching are substantially finished, and drainage channels and rock-lined embankments are in place.

 

 

Randwick Avenue culvert structure completed, including headwall and base slab.
