Underbank Construction Updates

     

River View
Construction works for Stage S1301 have been completed. Titles have been issued and settlement has occurred.

 

Park View
Construction of Stages 21–22 is progressing well, with asphalt scheduled for 3 and 4 February. All works are expected to be substantially complete by 13 February. The Statement of Compliance (SOC) process has commenced, with Greater Western Water currently undertaking audits.

 

 

Town Centre
The Moorabool Shire Retail Strategy is expected to receive Ministerial approval in late 2026, after which Council will be able to proceed with the Town Centre rezoning process.

 

 

Sports Precinct
The planning permit approval is expected shortly.

River View (S901 Townhouse)

 

 

 

Stage S901 Townhomes – building construction is underway and nearing completion.

 

 

River View (S1301)

 

 

Construction works for Stage S1301 have been completed. Titles have been issued and settlement has occurred.

 

Park View (21-24) 

 

Culvert installation completed, with road construction works progressing above. Services and bulk earthworks are well advanced in this area.

 

 

 

 

Rock chute construction is substantially complete, providing a stable and erosion-controlled drainage outlet. Surrounding earthworks are largely finished.

 

 

Randwick Avenue culvert structure completed, including headwall and base slab. Backfilling and batter works are underway to integrate with the surrounding road formation.
