Underbank Construction Updates
River View
Stages 9-19 are all complete.
Park View
Stage 21 settlement is underway.
Stage 22: Council has accepted the additional plan, and the SOC has now been issued. The settlement process has commenced, with settlement forecast for 11 November 2026.
Stages 23 & 24: Overhead power line works are complete, allowing Stage 23 construction to resume in mid-September. Overall construction is targeted for completion in December 2026.
Town Centre
The Moorabool Retail Strategy (Amendment C115moor) continues to progress, with Council's final decision pending. The Strategy supports the future neighbourhood activity centre at Underbank, and we will continue to monitor developments.
Sports Precinct
The planning permit approval is expected shortly.
River View
Stage S901 Townhomes – Building works are nearing completion, with the remaining works underway
Stage 9 Park – A new neighbourhood park featuring BBQ facilities, providing a great outdoor space for families and residents to relax and enjoy
Stage 19 Park – A spacious neighbourhood park featuring a range of recreational facilities, including a playground with slides and swings, BBQ facilities, shaded seating areas and landscaped open spaces—a great place for families and the local community to relax, play and enjoy the outdoors.
Construction works for Stage S1301 is complete.
Park View (21-24)
All major estate works are all complete.
Stage 21: Settlement is underway
Stage 22: SOC issued and now settlement is forecast on 11 Nov 2026
All the major Estate works on Randwick Avenue are all complete.
We anticipate achieving Stage 23 & 24 construction by Dec 2026.
